I have to get this out from the off – I LOVE coconut yogurt!

I am not a huge fan of coconut itself – in fact, I really don’t like it – but coconut yogurt is AMAZING!

And you know what it is super-amazing in? A Coconut Mango Smoothie!

This smoothie is honestly so amazing.

It tastes so fresh, you would be convinced you are on a tropical island somewhere!

For me, mango is absolutely one of the best fruits out there.

I don’t know what it is about it, but Mango is where the party is at. Right after Raspberries!

And this mango coconut smoothie just adds to my love for mango.

Why this coconut mango smoothie is the best!

It’s a super-simple to make mango coconut smoothie

I mean… no-one likes having to spend ages making things if they don’t have to!

So why make things more complicated than it needs to be?

This coconut mango smoothie is so simply to make – it only has 3 ingredients!

Coconut yogurt, mango, and water. Easy!

You can use frozen mango pieces if you like.

In fact, arguably they make things easier, as it’s not particularly easy or mess-free to cut mango up from fresh.

Frozen mango will also make the smoothie colder, adding to that island fresh feeling!

Fab!

You also don’t need to worry about blending the mango first like you do with some ingredients – mango blends nicely into the water and yogurt, so you can just throw all the mango coconut smoothie ingredients into the blender together.

Simple!

It’s a versatile coconut and mango smoothie! – Can I turn it in to a Mango Coconut Water Smoothie? – Tips and swaps!

This coconut mango smoothie is certainly versatile.

If you are a fan of coconut yogurt, go ahead and add more – maybe get yourself up tot he 170g mentioned above.

If you are a fan of mango (yes!!!!!!!!), then feel free to add more.

The only real difference it will make is to the thickness of the smoothie.

If you add more mango, it will be a bit runnier, as mango has a high water content. But you can add more water to offset that.

The other thing to consider is using coconut water instead of coconut yogurt, and turning it into a mango coconut water smoothie. You can certainly do this, and it works.

But lose the water so you aren’t doubled-up on the liquid front.

Also, bear in mind that coconut water does not provide the thickness that coconut yogurt does, so it will automatically be more runny. You may not like this.

The last thing to consider is that coconut water has a stronger taste, so it will be more coconutty (is that a word?!) then using coconut yogurt.

As mentioned above, feel free to use frozen mango in this smoothie.

You may even find it preferable, as it cools down the mango and coconut smoothie, making it taste even more fresh!

You’ll love it!
